When you register for our investor briefing or request a call, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and your response to the accredited-investor question, along with your reminder and recording preferences. Our website also collects standard technical information automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interactions with our advertising, through cookies and similar technologies such as the Meta pixel.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to register you for the briefing and deliver your Zoom link; to send reminders and, where requested, the recording; to respond to call requests; to determine eligibility for follow-up regarding any offering, which is limited to verified accredited investors; and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

TEXT MESSAGES

If you check the box to receive webinar reminder texts, you consent to receive automated reminder messages from Monolith Salt Lake City LLC at the number you provide. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of registration or investment. Your SMS opt-in and phone number are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

We share your information only with service providers who process it on our behalf: our customer-relationship platform (GoHighLevel), our calling and messaging provider (JustCall), our webinar provider (Zoom), and advertising and analytics platforms (such as Meta). Each provider is bound to use your information only to provide its service. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with securities-law compliance, including accredited-investor verification.

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain registration information for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required for securities-law recordkeeping. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

YOUR CHOICES

You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at info@buildmonolith.com or (435) 681-4801. We will honor requests as required by applicable law.
